ASHBURTON IS A QUIET PLACE TO LIVE. YES, IT HAS NOISE AND MUSIC JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER APT. BUILDING, BUT OVERAL IS QUIET. THE MAINTENAE STAFF IS GOOD WHEN IT COMES TO TIDEYING UP THE PLACE OR RESPONDING TO PROBLEMS. I ENJOY LIVING IN ASHBURTON MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AND NEIGHBORS.
