DON'T DO IT

This has to be the most unprofessional apartment complex you can imagine. After moving out and breaking my lease, LEGEALLY, the company still sent my case to court and are currently trying to sue me for money I don't even owe. They don't give receipts for turning in keys or anything else for that matter and the staff doesn't even know who they work for. I was told so many different stories when trying to find out why the company would charge me after I followed the lease and the instructions they told me to follow. I rarely every stayed in the apartment as it was the doors never worked and when they did I had to walk down seveal flights of stairs in order to open them for my guest. The hallways were never clean and the grounds were always filthy. It took almost 1 month to get a new washer and dryer unit in my kitchen when I first moved in which should have been put in when I moved. I also had a broken mailbox the enitre time I lived there and refused to have my mail forwarded to that address for fear someone would steal my mail. They most disappointing of all is that I was a good tenent. I was never late on my rent, I was never loud or disruptive to other tenents (as I said I was never there) but I endured loud music from tenents around me and a less then safe enviornment. I am only greatful that I did move out to the state and leave this place before it got even worse! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
