I have live in a 2br for 3yrs and my experience has been ok. The staff has changed and my rent has gone up and it isn't worth what I am paying. They use to be more choosy about the kind of people that let move in with the old management, the new ones have not chosen so wisely. The noise for the most part is not outrageous, but expect some noise from the kids and some from neignbors thta are not so considerate. The maintenence staff are timely as for my experiences. As for the side that I live on the Dolfield Ave. side I would recommend it.
