I have had no problems living here--the staff is friendly and the maintenance very responsive. I have a HUGE apartment with HUGE closets and HUGE windows--my friends are all jealous! All utilities except phone and cable are included. The center atrium is nice, and the location is great--walking distance to Mount Vernon, Camden Yards, and the Inner Harbor, and a Light Rail stop in front of the building for getting to BWI. The neighborhood is pretty noisy, but because of the Light Rail and all the transit police, it's surprisingly safe and definitely in the process of gentrifying. Plus, there's a great Irish bar right around the corner.
