i lived in the atrium for 2 years, and Ms. Daisy is the only person that is nice there. Rick will enter your apartment without permission. Rhonda - the manager - is just horrible. Professional' You must be working for Atrium - or have never had to talk to her longer than a few seconds. She is rude, very unprofessional (=makes up issues to make you pay for e.g. dirty apartment at moving out - even when it is not, etc.). I was thinking of suing ... was too busy, though.... but did not pay after showing proof that they did not expect... hehe).... Have you ever seen her out of her office' The building is okay by west side baltimore standards (which are very low). Safety is not an issue most of the time, but once in a while you do wonder what a particular person is doing in the building at night.
Ms. Daisy is a sweetheart that deserves all the praise in the world. So hardworking, and sweet. Genuinely pleasant lady.

i couldn't agree more with you on your comment regarding Rhonda and Eric. Our observations here are pretty much consistent.
Rhonda should not work as a hotel/apartment representative, much more as a manager. She's rude and confrontational -- very unprofessional. And Eric has to show some courtesy with the tenants. He's egoistic -- as if he's the boss...or superior to others. Wow! he must have love his job too much.
I appeal to the main office (Southern Management) to suck these people and give us more adoring folks like Ms. Daisy. Your apartment is nice...but it's sad that people are leaving because of bad personnel that you hire. PLEASE do it ASAP.

The Atrium will absolutely RIP YOU OFF when you will move out!!! They even have the special department with lawyers for this purpose. Do NOT even think to live here!!!
