My husband and I have lived in the Atrium for 2 years. I noticed that there has not been a review for a while so I decided to contribute my thoughts. The block that the Atrium is in is one block in the wrong direction, but you walk inside and you would not know it! The lobby is beautiful and all the employees are very friendly. The maintenance guys are very nice and Rhonda is always very helpful and responsive. We have had a few personal issues come up where we have needed help from her and she was very flexible!
Each apartment is different, but they all have high ceilings and great windows. You can look out at the city or inside the Atrium. We face inside the Atrium and it is very quiet. You can sometimes here the light rail and the fire sirens, but it is really not so bad. Every now and then at night we wake up when the care flights fly over.
When there is a maintenance issue, they take care of it right away and will even replace the light bulbs in their light fixtures. The fitness center is great-cable tvs, new treadmills, elipticals and bikes. There are several weight machines too. There is a good size study room and business center-not the latest equipment, but it does what you need it to do! Continental breafast on Thursday mornings is excellent when you forget (inevitably on Thursdays!). Valet drycleaning takes a few days and is a little expensive, but a very convenient amenity. Utilities included and free hsi. Parking is run by another company, but is gated for Atrium residents. You can call the parking company to get passes for your friends to park in the garage. There are laundry rooms on every floor with three washers and three dryers. It is $1.50 each, but you can get all your laundry finished in an hour and 15 minutes!
And I can't write a review with out confirming that Daisy, is in fact, fantastic!

I agree with this review. I have lived at the Atrium for about seven months , and I love it here. There are no mice, or bugs. The elevators are always working, and are never crowded. The desk staff are friendly, and are very helpful. The Atrium also has free holiday parties, but I have never actually attended any of them. My apt. faces the atrium instead of the outside of the building, and I never hear any sirens from the nearby firestation, or any city noise. And, did I mention there are no mice, or bugs? It is so much better than my last place. I hope I can continue to afford to live here until I buy a home.
