overrall nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2008   For the majority of the time lived here very happy...parking has always been a problem even more so recently. How can it be fair that one household has 4 vehicles and another only 1 and the household with 1 car cant even get a place..assigned parking is NEEDED. After several years here we have learned about a so called "board" that decides to renew or not renew leases imagine such a shock without reason that your lease renewal has been denied. Usual blaring of music by not just your neighbor but the leasing agents daughter but unfairly those people still live there. one other downfall beginning 1 to 2 summers ago foreigners doing the landscaping don't speak english and don't respect your property. For the first 5 years very happy here but the last two not.
