I have been living here for a few months and have already started looking for another place. This building is old and has cracks and holes here and there places you would not even anticipate in like back of your drawers etc and thats where the mice are coming from, the radiators are the main source. What I have gathered after talking to other residents some of them have lived here for ten years or so, the building has always had a mice problem. And the problem is so extensive that even exterminator can not do much. So if you can not cohabit with mice stay away from this place. Other wise the apartments are large and security here is good. Maintenance is slow and you have to keep asking them. There are only two washer and dryer per floor and each floor has about 32 apartmentsa nd when it comes to laundry people are rude they will dump your clothes out of the washer even when the dryer is still running. But the main problem are mice here and in my few months here I have come to realize that these mice are not going anywhere and if I dont want to live with them I'll have to move.
