I am so thankful that there is a way to express my feelings about Belvedere Towers!
The management is rude and unprofessional. Your maintenance requests never gets the attention it truly deserve. They also have a revoling door of staff members because the manager is forced to lay off people. The owners of the building have a strick policy about renting to black people. They feel that black people have bad credit and black people are drug dealers. There are roaches in the apartments and mice too. Now, the elevators breaks down twice a week, causing residents to walk up many flights of steps. Also, during the early morning hours the front desk receptionist takes a nap. She places her head on the desk and sleep. There is also a STRANGE smell in the building on every floor. Sometimes it reminds me of visitng a nursing home. You will not get your monies worth there. If you have children do not take them there because there is NOTHING for them to do. The manager and assist to the manager is sooooooo fake. Beware and be very afraid.
