I have only lived here five months but I have my feelings about the Towers. I live on one of the higher floors and it is very quiet. There are two separate laundry facilities on each end of the LONG hallway, which is nice. I rarely see my neighbors but the one's I see are very friendly. The leasing agents are extremely nice and are very understanding. Maitenance responds in a reasonable amount of time and. NOW, I have not seen mice in the halls or my apartment BUT, I have seen roaches in my kitchen and living room!! I HATE THEM! We rarely cook or leave food in the kitchen so this tells me they have been here and aren't leaving. They were here the first week I moved in and I've sprayed twice. The apartment is spacious and it is great for entertaining. The parking is not so great because the spaces are too small. I do feel safe because of the lit parking lot and key entry doors. Utilities are included and that is a big plus. If I had to choose an apartment in Baltimore city, I would confidently choose the Towers. Despite the roaches, I am very pleased.

Oh, i forgot to mention they turn the heat off sometimes when it is freezing outside!
