I have lived at Belvedere Towers for three years. In those three years I have not seen any roaches or mice. I am a very clean person who takes pride in her home. My belief is that you can own your home and have problems with pest. You can not control the outside envirnment.
The management and staff here are wonderful!! Anytime you walk through the door you feel welcomed and at home. They are under staffed for a building this size but they try their best and make do. As far as apartments go, Belvedere Towers has the most spacious floor plans I've ever seen. The prices are good for the space and service you get. Another thing I love is that ALL utilities are included. With the price of gas and electric going up, you have to count your blessings. Even if I saw a mouse or roach in my apartment, I feel confident that management would take care of the problem right away!! They care as much about the building as I do. The manager and assistant manager along with most of the staff live in the building. To me that says alot. They go through the same things the residents go through and keep in mind they DO NOT have to live here!!!

Ha ha ha! This is the most funniest review Ive read about Belvedere except that you hate having the management staff living in with the tenants. Well good luck to those want to stay in this wonderful place(puke).
