I currently live at the Belvedere Towers and let me start off by saying I HATE THIS PLACE! We moved here a few months ago and we can not wait to get the h-e-double hockey sticks out of here! It has been none stop issues with maintenance, parking, and management. The property manager and assistance property manager are both unprofessional and incompetent (but they just know that they are running the property in a professional manner). We relocated here from an excellent property with high expectations of this property. We thought that this was a great place to live because its in the heart of Roland Park, not! Don't get me wrong, we have made this place a home for our time here but it is so frustrating to have to deal with some many issues that seem to not be a priority to the property. We are counting down to D Day!!!!!!!!

Yes youre right PissedOffwithBelvedere with regards to the management. Good for you, you did not experience of being accused of something of you hadn't done. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Beware of them they are nice outside but stinky inside.
