I HAVE ONLY BEEN AT THE BELVEDERE APTS ONLY TWO MONTHS. I HAD NO CABLE FOR A MONTH BECAUSE SOME ONE PUSHED THE PREPOST INSIDE OF THE WALL. COULD NOT TAKE A BATH HAD TO TAKE SHOWERS NEIGHBORS WOULD KNOCK ON MY DOOR JUST TO SAY WATER WAS IN THEIR APT FROM MY BATH. SO TIRED AT THIS POINT AND ON TOP OF THAT I DONT COOK AND DONT USE HEAT BUT JUST IN TWO MONTS MY CONFORTABLE RENT RATE OF $1290 JUMP UP TO $1511. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG I LOVE MY APT. BUT I WAS MISS LED. I WAS TOLD THAT MY RENT WOULD FLUCUATE SLIGHTLY HA HA THAT WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.NOT PLANNING ON STAYING LONG LOOKING AS WE SPEAK.

If you have a bigger apartment you will have to pay more in utilites. We pay about 170 on utilities themselves and live in a one bedroom. You can't blame the complex for BGE raising the prices. I have been here for a year and half and i maybe cook like 9 times a month.
