If you are looking for a huge apartment with all the amentities in your apartment, sure this is the place you want to be. On the otherhand, if you want to live with mice, roaches, noisey neighbors that let their kids bang on walls and run up and down the hallways all times of the day you may want to re-think. Lets talk about the on site manangement-it's a joke. They do not care and they show it. Their just waiting for the end of the day and their paycheck.Parking is terrible. You have 4 families living in one apartment and they all have cars. Unlike me, one person paying full rent with one car and can never get a parking spot. Oh but wait they have a garage made for toy cars that they chage an aditional $75 a month for-that's smaller than the outside parking lot. Rent- ha, ha, Overall not bad if the utilities were included but their not. If your rent is $1250 (using a month where little gas and electric is used) add and additional $250 (gas, electric, water, sewer, $5 for garbage removal and $5 charge for a printed bill)Now months like Dec - Feb, add an additional $350-$400. And you have to pay it all with your rent- if you don't, tack on a late fee! Even if you don't use it, even if your not home. the other 4 families living next door to you are using theirs so you also have to pay. The building is extremly old and DIRTY. Let me tell you I can go on and on and on-it just doesn't stop. The only thing I do like is my apt. size. Yup, that's it.

No offense, but you are paying for LOCATION and that is it......They can charge whatever they want if people like you are willing to pay it. I, on the other hand, have a house in baltimore county, about 15 mins from you by car, and pay 1350 FOR A MORGAGE!

The reviewer's comments seem on target from what I have seen when visiting there and from others who live there. The place has gone downhill fast - largely thanks to new management company. My analysis is that the new wave of tenants have no concept of apartment living in an environment many Americans prefer.
