I have been living at the the belvedere towers since january 2009. Before living at this apartments, I did read the postings about the living conditions and the pest problems. I asked management about this problem, and they stated that it was an isolated problem. An exterminator comes to the building every week to exterminate the apartments. But other than that I really enjoy my apartment. When comparing my apartment to other apartment building, our amenites are much better than surrounding apartment buildings. I love the space in my apartments, plus I have a full size washer and dryer, and new appliances. The rooms are HUGE!!! The fitness center is open 24 hours so I can go there any time, plus its always clean!!! Also, what is so convenient is our mail room. I enjoy coming in the front door and before I go to my apartment, I can get my mail on the way. The management team has been great, they are friendly, helpful, and really care about there residence from what I have seen here. I just really recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a great, peaceful atmosphere, with a great pool!!!
