Well lets see I am a 35 year old single mom of a 14 year old and lived here for 5 years now and it keeps getting worse. One: No security any longer. We had off duty police patrol our area at night and they ended that because of their budget. Two: a gatehouse that doesn't even work. Wow no wonder we have so many cars and apartments broken into. Third: A great maintenance staff but not enough of. It takes them days to come in and repair something. They have not enough help. I have bath tile on my bathroom floor that belongs in the shower not on the floor. My walls are cracking and appliance breaking down. Fourth:Plenty of parking' Strange where is that at' Fifth: A pool and fitness center in our lease that is included in our rates (read your lease) and can't use it this summer. But they want to raise our rent anyway' sixth: The stupid drilling, crashing and loud noise from the construction. So proud to bring friends here, I have to say this was a wonderful place many years ago but it is time for me to go. I found a great plave in Owings Mills for $950.00 with a fireplace. I wouldn't tell anyone to live here.

I did read my lease and it says that I'm not entitled to a reduction in rent if facilities are closed and again, since this seems to be an issue for my neighbors to understand-it costs money to improve a community.
