Bonnie Ridge Apartments

Bonnie Ridge has gone way down hill. It used to be a great 'safe' family oriented neighborhood, but this past year there have been many incidents and we no longer felt safe. And bonnie ridge doesn't seem to be doing anything about it but putting notices up. that doesn't make me feel better. The gate does not work, so anyone can drive right in. It's inexcusable that that isn't fixed (we lived there for 3 years, and its been broken since).
Hope that nothing breaks in your apartment, because it takes maintenance weeks to get there, it's inexcusable. everything is built cheap in the apartment, and they make no effort to upgrade and meet up with the changing times. walls cracking, ceilings stained from water leaks, etc
Also, its rather pricey, and not worth it anymore. there is no pool or clubhouse for the next year due to construction, and they aren't compensating in any way.
moral of the story: You can find a much better deal for this high rent. Look elsewhere in the neighborhood or in owings mills.

They are pouring your rent money back into the community (roofs, windows, new clubhouse) and you think you should be compensated? Did it ever occur to you that those things cost money to do?

Who said anything about us tenants wanting a new clubhouse? Please explain how the new clubhouse will benefit it's current residents.
