I HAVE WORKED FOR HOME PROPERTIES FOR 3 YEARS NOW, AND I HAVE WORK AT MULTIPLE COMMUNITIES. EACH COMMUNITY IS DIFFERENT. THEY OFFER THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT LIVING ENVIROMENT. FOR EXAMPLE, WITH BONNIE RIDGE, THEY ARE IMPROVING THEIR CLUBHOUSE AND THEIR GROUNDS. THIS PROPERTY IS MORE THAN 30 YEARS OLD SO TO RENIVATE WAS A GOOD THING. I HEAR ALOT OF RESIDENTS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION AND THE MESS IT HAS CREATED, BUT IF THEY WERE REBUILDING ADDITIONS TO THEIR OWN HOMES, THEY WOULD NOT COMPLAIN. CONSTRUSTION GETS MESSY. PERIOD.

ALSO, BONNIE RIDGE OFFERS PARCEL SERVICE PICK UP. BUT I HAVE SEEN RESIDENT CURSE THE STAFF OUT BECAUSE THEIR PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK AFTER 2 WEEKS OF SITTING IN THE OFFICE. THAT SERVICE IS A COURTSEY. IT SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY BECASUE PEOPLE ABUSE THE STAFF WHEN THEY ASK FOR THEIR NAMES OR TO SEE ID. ONLY AT BONNIE RIDGE DO PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BUSINESS OFFICE NOT BEING OPEN TO PAY RENT AFTER 5 PM ON WEEKENDS, BUT THEY HAVE A RENT BOX. PEOLE STAND AROUND WAITING TO GIVE THEIR CHECKS TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY CAN DROP IT IN A BOX. I HAVE SEEN A PREGNANT LADY SCREAM AT THE LEASING AGENT BECAUSE SHE WAS TIRED OF WAITING. THE LEASING AGENT WAS TIH SOMEONE AND TOLD THE LADY SHE HAD TO WAIT OR PUT HER CHECK IN THE BOX. THEY LADY SCREAMED AND HOLLARED AND THE LEASING AGENT CONTINUED HELPING THE OTHER PERSON. PEOPLE CAN BE SO RUDE. THEY NEED TO WAIT THEIR TURN.

I WILL SAY ONE THING ABOUT BONNIE RIDGE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW IS THAT MAJORITY OF THE STAFF BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE RESIDNETS, BUT THE OTHER HALF OF RESIDENTS ARE TOO RUDE TO SEE THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THE PROPETY AND ONLY WANT THE BEST. THE LOCAL STAFF(IN OFFICE) CAN'T MAKE BIG DECISION ABOUT RENT AMOUNTS AND APARTMENTS CHANGES WITH OUT TALKING TO THIER BOSS. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE MAKE CRAZY REQUEST AND THEN BLAME THE LEASING STAFF FOR NOT RESPONDING.

I HOPE ONE DAY PEOPLE WILL REALIZE THEY NEED TO STOP BEING SO RUDE OR SOMEONE MIGHT BE RUDE BACK.

It seems the leasing office staff is being rude back according to the responses. And you should have proof read your response before you pressed submit. I believe the residents. The entire leasing staff and management needs a review and to be replaced. This is horrible for residents. Rent is too high to be living this way and everyone doesn't have the opportunity to buy a home or it's not best for them at a particular moment. And think about it - if most people were ready to purchase instead of rent - WHERE WOULD YOU WORK ? You need renters so improve the leasing staff, maintenance, management.

My goodness, I can't believe that an employee had the audacity to place such an aweful response. It is so sad, because this is really a representation of the attitude of the people who work in the leasing office and also in upper management. I try to stay away from them because they amke it apparent that they no longer care about you once you have signed your lease, and they don't put any effort to resolve any issues you may have.

Pretty ballsy-and sloppy. But when people are angry and frustrated sometimes the worst in us come out. This person obviously had something to get off of their chest. If the tenants get to say what they want anonymously then why shouldn't the employees get to rebut? Is it hard to hear that maybe you are not a good customer?

i didn't ask for a plasma screen tv laden clubhouse, not if it meant i had to take a "energy water sewer" bill for almost $100 a month, plus pay my BGE, which has hiked up as everyone knows it, PLUS the rent increase..what is the rent for anymore anyway with all these additional money add-ons?
