“I repent! I repent!” I say as I look towards the heavens and ask, “what did I do to deserve this'” This god-awful place makes me feel as though I’m in hell! The leasing staff is sugar and spice until you sign the lease, then the horns come out. I’ve never seen so many defensive customer service reps as the ones here at Bonnie Ridge. Every problem, issue, request, suggestion, remark is approached with utter disregard. The Bonnie Ridge Staff is automatically annoyed with any tenant that contacts them with any sort of problem. I consider myself to be a nice, easy-going person but this place has really pushed my limits. If it isn’t the trash, it’s the potholes, or the car thefts, or the lack of parking spaces, or the dog feces, or the car towing, or the magical disappearing act of the maintenance crew. Need I say more' There are far too many other apartment complexes in the area to end up stuck in a lease at this one. Oh, and the “NEW” welcoming center is nothing but a smoke and mirror show geared towards attracting new tenants while completely ignoring the current ones. If Bonnie Ridge really cared about their current tenants, they would be building a parking lot to aid the majority of the residents who have major parking issues every day. The “NEW” welcoming center is Bonnie Ridge’s way of competing with all the homebuilders in the area. If after all this you still want to move in Bonnie Ridge Apartments, let me know, you can have my place and I’ll take your place and be free at last.

A few questions: Where would you cram a parking lot? You are telling me that there isn't anything in the welcome center for you to use? Do you think the staff is defensive becuase they are tiered of having to respond to useless, ignorant complaints like this one?

soccermama give it a rest already...you can see that the majority of the posts here are negative, and seem to be in agreement with many of the issues. Don't tell me you think this is Wonderland .. have some compassion for people, their complaints are not irrelevant. You have seen the posts even by management themselves whenever a crime/incident has occurred. Yes, there should be more adequate parking. The 72 degrees is fine if you work in the office with the sunshine beating in through the windows, but not at night when the wind is gusting up against OLD windows (if you replace the thermostate then for heaven's sake, replace the windows with insulated ones).

There are a couple members of the staff whom I do not care for, there is such a thing as "people skills", prompt, effective communication, and most of all..the Golden Rule (customer first). So get off your high horse and take a look around, read these reviews, and I am pretty sure you will find that you are one of a very slight few who think this place is outstanding by any means.

Their staff discriminates against non whites when it comes to complaints from my experience.I believe a person would have been treated with more respect if he/she is white.
