Frustrating

I have lived in Bonnie Ridge for almost 2 years and have been disappointed at many times along the way. The trash dumpsters at the "back" entrance on Smith Ave are typically overflowing. It's truly quite a disgusting sight. In August, management decided to begin charging for "sewage & water" while at the same time raising rent for the upcoming year. Management is awful at returning phone calls, typically, just routing you around to different people to avoid the conversations. I certainly don't feel as though I get my moneys worth from Bonnie Ridge.

This is also a concern of mines. I don't like the fact that I am charged a billing fee of $10 a month to pay for $5 in water usage, and $2 to do an electronic check (by the time they mail the bill you have 7 days to make the payment) It would make more sense if they just charged us 5 dollars. When I addressed my concern with the assiatant property manager she told me to write a letter to corporate.

sugaricet-maybe the community staff didn't have anything to do with the decision to start billing for that utility or how it was going to be done. Perhaps your best bet is to call their corporate office.
