They just wanna money

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
72 degree limitation: you will feel chilly in your bedroom! They never set such limitation when you sign the lease!
Crazy increase in terms of rent: Most of my friends in the neighborhood, including mine, increase for over $50 after one year-contract!
The officers are sneaky: they tried their best to delay your referal fee, discount, etc... They said that the sports center would be ready on Jan, 2006. So far, it is still underconstruction!!! They had many lies waiting for you.
Parking: there is construction going on at the entrance all the time, it has been going on for more than one year. Your cars would be towed away when you get up next morning if you didn't see the signs they posted in the dark at the corner...
Very noise because of the thin walls and crappy ground. I am waken up by the guy upstairs every morning because of his walking although I assume that he is gentle.
Anyway, do not be cheated by their ads and small discount at the begining.
