yah right...beacause the last apartment you rented is a sewer, you live with the rats...thats why you find you place now very nice..repairs are within 24 hours beacuse you repair them yourself.. cut the crap..get real buddy...

hahaha where did you live? one day after they checked some thing behind the washer merchine, they put cool water hose to hot water tap, and hot hose to cool watet tap. Can you belive what happened because of what they did?
