How does carpet suck? I understand how windows can suck but I'm not clear on the carpet. I saw the other post about the temperature regulation but that person said they couldn't raise it above 72 degrees. That is tropic-I keep mine on 68. I can't figure out what you are whinning about. Most pet owners know that they are breaking the rules and probably don't let their animals do their business in front of anyone on staff. Nark on them if you know who they are. When did you move in? You know they don't start cutting grass until well into the spring (there isn't really anything to cut until then). Smokers having a general disregard for eveyone else? Your kidding. I would think that the office staff would care more about this than you would since they have to work in that enviroment-maybe they said something to the person and are being ignored. Are you sure that maintenance takes their sweet time or are they busy or waiting for the materials needed to fix your problem.

tennis court and pavillion area is really horrible. they still play other games, sometimes kids are playing stakeboard there. some women are playing badminton, kids are biking and ball catching in the parking area. If you want to park there, you might have an accident.
