Bonnie Ridge has been nothing but a nightmare and I have only lived there for three months. I regularly receive rude letters in the mail telling me to pay my rent on time when the rent is always paid before the due date. Parking is attrocious. Neighbors are loud and rude. I have found threatening notes on my car windshield until finally today my car was finally towed. Bonnie Ridge has not been helpful but instead they have been insensitive, rude and completely unhelpful.

I do not recommend this place to anyone and I would advise anyone thinking about coming here to think that they charge high prices for very small spaces, dryers with no outside ventilation, light fixtures with no access to replace lightbulbs, toilets that don't work properly but bubble over on a regular basis and maintenance people that refuse to come into the appartment when you have a pet.

If you choose to live God have mercy on your soul because management won't!

i agree that some of the staff is very rude...and have left "harassing" and unprofessional notices concerning rent (when you pay online and it doesn't post to their office - which is about 2 or 3 business days later) they assume you are late and "jeopardizing" your housing. If you are not dressed to a T and tired from working 10-12 hours a day, and go in the office, they completely ignore you like you are street trash (little do they know my salary more than double if not triple what some of rude staff members' are..which is neither here nor there but my point is do not go by how someone looks), and they are putting on the phony act to get new tenants that are there in the loop. SAME WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE TO GET THEM AS RESIDENTS IS THE SAME WAY YOU SHOULD CONTINUE TO ACT IN ORDER TO KEEP THEM!
