After one lease year, they increased 17.68% of monthly rent. A huge increase compare to the neighbouring apartmet ranging 35%. The landlord keeps trying to improve the property, but the residents will pay almost of the cost. Not very bad neither very good apartment. But BIG LIVING COST here.

You live in Maryland in the city no less. Its called inflation. Look at gas prices. Are you going sell your car because of the high gas prices. how many offices let you use the fax the copier and have 24 hour gym acess and 1000 other amanities taht most places charge for. Get over yourself cheapskate
