To the people that read these reviews, please takie them with a grain of salt. Out of 3,000 tenants and 1000 apartments someone is bound to be unhappy. I have lived here for over 5 years. My car has never been towed. Why' Because I keep my car REGISTERED and prooperly maintained. As for rats and bugs I have never seen any. This is an amazing complex. 24 hour full service gym with electronically secured door, huge pool,everything you could possibly want is here. The staff is very professional and is the business to collect rent, not baby the people who don't pay. I find that the people who complain the most sre the ones that are in violation of their lease terms. All I have to say is. keep your car registered and your bills paid and you won't have any problems. I know for a fact that at least 85% of the tenants are very happy and satisfied with the service they recieve here. So my advice to people is to GROW UP get off your fat asses and do something besides complain and make everyone around you miserable.Another thing if you hate it here BUY A HOUSE YOU IDIOTS you are a RENTER. Tell your parents what aterrible job they did raising you. Complain to them. Also there are 9000 parking spots here. If you can't find one, your not looking

The attitude of the manager who wrote the above review eloquently demonstrates why people get so visceral about the inevitable problems that occur at a rental property the size of Bonnie Ridge.

get real buddy...how many times management increased you rent in the 5 years you're in this damn place??? huh??? huh??? if you say there is 9000 parking spots here, well, learn you math buddy..obviously you dont know how to count...

fyi. the manager did not write this post. if the manager had written it not only would he have been completely professional but he would have given the correct number of units (which is 960 by the way). and my rent actually went down this month. i guess it pays to be nice to the guys in the office huh?

I have been a resident at Bonnie Ridge for 4 years, I have been more then pleased with the maint. service, like someone else stated Tameka was very very helpful. she always made sure that all request was taken care of and Adam at the leasing office was another staff member that was helpful. sorry taht some people had bad experiences but mines was wonderful....I rate up for Bonnie Ridge
