I have lived at Bonnie Ridge for 2 months now and I am enjoying my stay. The only problem I had was with the sorry leasing woman who moved me in. She lied about stuff and sometimes had a snotty attitude. The lady who handles the rent was sweet to me over the phone and she gave me the information I need to pay my rent on line. The other people in the office was professional as well. I have not needed the service team yet, but I hope they are nice like the others. Overall, I will say that my family and I are happy and I don't see what all the negative fuss is about. I moved here from Va and the staff gave me all these nice places to visit to eat and shop. They were supportive. I read that some people say that the staff gives poor customer service, but I don't see how that can be because they are not rude when I am in the office ever.
