I have lived at Bonnie Ridge for a year now and their maintenance is the awful. Many items that you make calls for go undone and items any human would consider an emergency clearly they don't. Maintenance is an important part of where you live, so if you are looking for an apartment with good maintenance don't move to Bonnie Ridge Apartments.

From my understanding Maintenance does pretty good. They have always been very helpful. You will get more bees with honey. Be a little nicer and you will get more from life.

I can agree w/that...I reported a leak in my bathroom and entry hall way..They fixed the leak within a week but they cut a huge hole in the ceiling...The hole wasn't fixed until @ month later..After I kept calling maintenance and hearing "we'll be out there today," I was fed up and called management, they next day or so it was completed..

a hole in your plaster isn't really an emergency... i agree with vexed06 though, i reported that my blinds were broken and they were at my door in two hours! i think they're great!
