In general I like it here and sadly have lived in far worse places in Baltimore.

My issues;
1. they only plowed the main street when it snowed, none of the parking spots or sidewalks were cleared, until the weather gets better I have to walk on a sheet of ice to and from my car. Since parking spots are not assigned it would be useless to shovel yourself.
2. the windows are only single pane-apparently they are getting replaced, but as for now the heat constantly runs because of the cold air leaking in.

here is what I like;
1. NO pests (i.e. no bugs/rodents)
2. pets are allowed (and no I do not let mine go outside to torment neighbors). I have not had any issues w/ other pet owners here.
3. Any needed repairs were done w/in 48 hours of me contacting the office and I didn't have to make repeated phone calls.
4. Respectful/quiet neighbors-perfect for my low key lifestyle.
5. Ample parking-I haven't had any towing issues.
6. Washer/Dryer in apartment.
7. Nice gym/outdoor pool.
8. Close to 695/83.
9. Affordable.

I'm glad too see that someone at least shows the good of Bonnie Ridge. It seems that people only put the bad in and none of the good. if you look at your life overall. I 'm sure there are good and bad pats of that. So when people sit down to write on here. List a few of your faults and let us respond to them. I just hate reading things on here that are not true. My family sees this and thinks I live in the ghetto. Well if this is the ghetto, I want to live here. I hate being surrounded by million dollar homes. Don't you? (sarcatisc)
