I am currently moving out of Bonnie Ridge after a 1 year lease. Although the grounds are beautiful the complex is deceiving. Live here if you enjoy your food tasting like dryer lint (the dryer vent empties into the kitchen). Or if you enjoy listening to the sexual activities of your neighbors (walls are thin). Or if you enjoy hiking to apartment (parking is less than accomidating). I could go on...my advice spend your money somewhere else.

Well, you seem to be an intelligent person, but like many we lack common sense. There are 2 lint dryer traps in the unit. One located inside the dryer, and one located on the outside, to help with ventilation. The outside trap must be kept full of water, to avoid issues of lint all over the kitchen and walls. Dosn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out!
