My boyfriend and I have been living her since May of 2007. The area is very nice and quiet. I don't know what people are talking about when they say they have seen "critters", but the only things close to that are squirrels. :-) I haven't had any problems with parking, and the leasing office is very nice and helpful. Bonnie Ridge offers Student discounts which is very convenient. They are pet friendly as well. Bonnie Ridge is close to everything as well. 695, 83 are less than 5 minutes away also.

Overall, if you are not looking for a "luxury" apartment, and a quite community, then I'd choose Bonnie Ridge. Ask for Brenda if you call. She is very patient, and helpful...and she has a cool accent too :-).

Yes, I aggree that the leasing office people are quite decent and I haven't had a problem with them as such. I made the wrong choice of apartment and now moving again with Bonnie Ridge. That was my fault but I think it will work out in the end. I think the best thing to do is to choose a top floor in the newer area in the back as another person said before. Also, make sure you ask around people walking by if they are on a top floor and what their experiences are in terms of noise and other issues before you finally move in. I think the apartments are really nice inside and have a nice balcony view.

I'm so glad to see that not all apartments are mice infested.. doesn't do much for us that have to live with them like they pay rent!
