Bonnie Ridge Apartments

I lived in Bonnie Ridge for two years without a problem. I moved out in December when I purchased my home and wish I could still call on the maintenance team to come out and fixed my clogged sink. They were always polite, unintrusive and often showed up within five minutes of me submitting a request. They made several upgrades to the apartments while I was in residence and did so with as little disruption as possible. They replaced all the windows and sliding glass doors with dual panes which cut down on noise and my utility bills. They replaced the balcony railings in my section of the property deeming them as unsafe (though I never thought so. Way to be proactive!). They repaved and repainted the parking lot. They even do quarterly filter checks in every unit to cut down on hazzards and cut down on your personal costs. All of these upgrades were done with plenty of advance notice (usually between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the level of inconvenience) and were always done in the middle of the day when I was at work. I would come home and the place would be cleaner than when I had left and I'd have new features to boot.
The staff in the leasing office was great. I am one person out of thousands and they rememered my name. Incredible. They helped me make changes to my lease (adding and deleting roommates/pets) quickly and even helped me out when an ex was threatening my safety. My rent increases were never much ($8 the first year and $12 the next). I lived on the top floor and never heard my neighbors outside of the occasional front door slam. The greatest noise disruption I ever had was listening to the squirrels play on the roof. The ammenities were great. The pool is always clean, the gym is first rate an my husband and I really enjoyed the tennis courts and walking trails.
I am glad to have my own place, but will miss all that Bonnie Ridge has to offer. I would reccommend it to anyone.
