I'll make this real simple for interested residents:

Pros:
83 and 695 are less than 5 min away
Bus stop (M10-I think) is at the entrance of the complex
Light rail is close-10 min walk/2 min drive
Awesome 24/7 fitness center, clubhouse (that you can rent for parties) and pool
Big neighborhood with hiking/jogging trails
Great staff and fast maintenence. We called about our heat, and within 10 minutes they were at the door.
Trust worthy neighbors...Now that it's cold, I warm up my car and don't feel unsafe at all (seriously!!)
Student Discount

Cons:
- Walls are SUPER THIN. I can hear my neighbors using the bathroom, their dogs barking and whining and SNORING at night...Ahh!!
- POOR INSULATION...my bedroom is ALWAYS FREEZING!!
- Their thermometers are set to not pass 72 degrees (good and bad thing) which makes it even colder during the winter, especially with the poor insulation.
- Parking is not the best after 8pm

**Overall, it's a pretty pricey place, but you do get a W/D in the apt(kitchen), and the atmosphere is great. I've never seen any critters (6-legged or 4-legged) either. I'd recommend this complex to a newlywed couple, or a professional who has a steady career. Def not a place for a student that wants to live on their own. GET A ROOMMATE not unless you have a super great job, or parents that have money to splurge :-)

...and if you're wondering, I'm really a resident. Email me if you want proof :-)I'm just trying to help those who are really apartment hunting and serious about finding a place that fits them.

Hope this helps

I am handicapped and was freezing here with the thermometer set at 72 degrees. The rental agent however came by and showed me how to change that - I simply could not have stayed here if it were that cold inside the apartment. So try asking at the rental office to show you how to reset the temperature.
