I'm starting to hate this place!! My real reason for writing this review is the additudes of the office staff. They are rude. When I moved in it was yes maam, and how may I help you. Just this afternoon I called to see if the gym has been re-opened. The fitness center that I'm sure my rent covers. When I call I get additute. I was told that I can check the website. I tried. I can't find it anywhere on the website about when the gym would re-open. Maybe they just didn't want those future tenants to know that its shut down! Bottom line is my rent covers use of the fitness center - that I happen to use or at this point want to use 6 days a week. I am so sick of this place and everything being out of service or shut down. FIX THE DAMN GYM!

Ummm...did you not read the lease that you signed? I remember seeing something two or three times when going through the lease and papers they ask you sign. As for the dog poop, I agree. But I've reported people when I've seen it happen and they responded very quickly and sent the person a letter. I've noticed that they post bulletins very often in all the buildings asking people to pickup after thir pet. But idiots will be idiots...I can't expect the groundsmen to find and address every piece of poop on a property that's probably 50 or 60 acres large.

Bonnie Ridge is full of ----...bottom line. Don't get defensive... im sure your rent if you do live in bonnie ridge is significantly reduced, so your desire to have people believe the hype is understandable, plus I can't keep responding to your --------. I don't sit up in the leasing office with you... and another thing - On my way out yesterday I was really taking a good look at some of the buildings... this place is falling apart. Make yourself useful and find a good contractor for bonnie ridge. And p.s. The lease makes very unclear mention of the utility bill... and you know this so stop lying. You rent does NOT cover the gym.... If Bonnie Ridge NEVER had a gym the cost would be the same. I worked in property management for 3 years and I worked here for a few months in the office. I left them high and dry b/c this place never got their ---- together...I couldnt even get my paycheck ontime. So I understand your frusturations, but I will tell you that the gym is a perk and is not under any "written agreement" so they can tear it down and put a parking lot if they want. So sad to see that after 3 years this place still sucks though. Good luck
