We moved to Bonnie Ridge about 10 months ago and it has been a rough time dealing with the management from the beginning. The previous person that had the apartment we now have did not have to pay any holding or application fee. we of course did and our rent quote was a lot higher which is understandable with market fluctuations. The amount of rent was a bit high for our one bedroom place. Management is not the best and property managers are absolutely terrible, no return phone calls, no willingness to help us out in any case. There were always "mess-ups" with regards to rent payment and caused a lot of aggravation on our part. We will NOT be renewing our lease with these people - BEWARE!!

I lived in Bonnie Ridge from 04-06 and had similar issues with management...no returned calls and never willing to help or respond to any issue or problem. I'm not saying I "expect" them to fix every minor thing that happens, but if a customer calls, it is common courtesy to return that call.

With regards to the comment questioning "how would you know what the previous renter had to pay", no one except for staff would use the type of terminology you did or have such a working knowledge of specials and company policies. It is clear that the author was bothered by some of the things they listed but the main complaint was about the staff and management and given the type of response you just gave I can understand why they might complain. And yes, being treated courteously is a big deal. That too is company policy as stated by your Pledge. You should really try harder to honor it.

How would you know what the previous renter had to pay? The only reason they would not have to pay an application fee would be through a special promotion. The only way they would not have to pay a holding deposit is if they moved in with in three days of the application being approved or they paid the securtiy deposit in full at the time of apporval. So what are you complaining about really? The staff or the fact you had to pay an applicatioon and holding fee. Is it that big of a deal?

The leasing office really should stay off this site and start taking calls from tenants!
