Overall, living in Bonnie Ridge has been great, the place is safe, the maintenance is ok. I once had a complaint for rat infestation but after 2 wks, they fixed the problem. I had no other complaints since then.
What I am concerned is that they have these ISTA bills that are so high, higher than the BGE bills that we have. It seems that with ISTA, it doesnt matter if your usage is minimal, the total bill of the whole community is divided equally among its tenants. Now this would be normally ok for me since equality sounds good to me, I just wonder why, in other apartments that we have searched (yes we are planning to move) wher the square footage is bigger, the water is actually free, the rent is lower and in some apartments, even the cooking gas is free.
With this economy, I think Bonnie Ridge should be thinking on ways on how they can lower down the bills for their tenants, not the other way around.
