I was very excited to move in here at first, my roommates and I moved into a split level apartment. My roommates lived there for 2 years i could only take one year of this god awful place. Over a year span we caught 10 mice, and thats just what was caught. When the exterminator came he wasn't "allowed" to tell us where and how the holes should be filled. When i emailed the property manager he forwarded the email to someone else who never responded to me. Our building was "fumigated" yet the problem kept recurring. In addition, we have ants in our bathrooms in and around the toilets and in the tub. My roommates and I spent so much money on all sorts of cleaning products and tried very hard to keep our apartment as clean as possible yet we still had problems with pests. I think the major reason is because the buildings are so old and have not been remodeled. The ONLY perk to this place is the gym and pool.

Well all I know is this.We are VERY Happy we DID NOT Sign the lease! After these reviews and then looking at the apartment,we can say that we made the right choice! Where we are now is so nice and NO MICE or ANTS and we have a lovely pool and gym CLOSE as the apartment we looked at was like a mile away from us! So over all we are extremly happy to be where we are,not over there! :)
