Some of the other reviews sound "loaded" to me...perhaps written by management staff.
While this development has the advantage of having relatively new buildings (no less than 4 years old) with elevators that might be attractive to some, the quality of this "new construction" in terms of craftsmanship and durability is laughable.
In summary:
1. Bozzuto is under the mistaken impression that this is a luxury property when it's really second-class at best. Seriously, are luxury accomodations built adjacent to major interstates' The property is less than 50 meters from I-95...imagine the noise levels!
2. Office staff can be unresponsive to tenant concerns and routinely dismiss responsiblities such as noticing issues with the property or drafting lease renewals in a timely manner.
3. Tenants routinely fail to cleanup after pets resulting in yet another mass-mailing by managment providing guidance on courtesy and customs. This never corrects the problem.

to CPVIOLET. Owners should clean up after their pet and not be lazy.

I also live in these apartments and I agree with everything stated. These apartments are quite new and have the worst workmanship. None of the doors stay xzYX (they weren't plumbed properly), the hot-water heater is outside on the patio so you never have hot water in the winter, the widest kitchen drawer in my apt is 6 inches wide (that will depend on style of apt), people don't clean up after their pets, leasing office never sends the renewal lease on time (took 3 months after our lease expired this last time). Being 50 yards from I-95 makes these apartments very noisy. Unfortunately, these are probably the best apts in this area but that's not saying much.
Frankly, I could go on and on about the problems with these apartments but it's the same situation with most apartments. The construction is shoddy and the maintenance people have no desire to correct or upkeep the apts.
Oh, one thing that just came to mind - I've been living here four years and for the fourth year in a row we get a letter on our door stating that maintenance would be replacing our air filters on a particular day. Well, that day comes and goes and they have never replaced the air filter in those 4 years. I have just gone and bought them myself - I have to buy a special one that you can cut to size because the air filters are non-standard (it's basically just a mesh of thick material cut into a square, not really the stuff you find in Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart). I could call the rental office to nag them to replace them but most likely it still wouldn't get done.

I think whoever wrote this is completely ridicules. First of all, "luxury" can mean many things...it does not always put am emphasis on location. You knew where I-95 was in comparison to the building before you moved there right? Or did the gov't just approve the construction of I-95 to be built? Completely crazy.Second, you can never get away from rude residents. Period. So if you don't want to have to deal with dog messes, look elsewhere...maybe the moon...
