My fianc and I lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half and were pleased with our overall experience at the apartment. There are a few things to beware of. Yes, this complex is right on top of interstate 95 and if you have an apartment on the outskirts of the complex (close to the highway) you better believe you will hear the noise all the time and it is LOUD. When we first moved in we were placed in an apartment next to the highway and we could not take the noise. With persistence we were able to move to another apartment right behind the pool/sales center. The process wasn t necessarily easy and management at that time was unbearable, but when all was said and done we got a new apartment, which was great. In the center of the community, there is very little noise. Our apartment was very nice and clean. We had requested all new carpet be put in before we moved in and it was (once again, we struggled with management for it, but in the end we got our way and were satisfied).

The complex is in a safe community, which is located close to the highway and everyday shops (Whitemarsh Mall/ Target/ Johns Hopkins Medical Center/ Bed Bath and Beyond/ etc.) Yes, this area can get very congested during the holidays, but overall it is okay. Also, I should note that the complex is really not in Whitemarsh. As mentioned in previous posts, it is actually in Rosedale and the schools in this area are not the most ideal. However, in no way shape or form is this community in "the hood" as one of the previous posts states.

Overall, this was a good apartment to start off in. It was clean and quite (if in the right location within the complex) and had the added convenience of a pool, gym and public grills in the summer. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Good luck!
