No problems whatsoever

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
We had a great year at the complex, and we hate living in complexes. I waited on purpose to review the place until we moved out, but moving out was just as easy as living there.
The amenities were great, especially the garden plots and the dog park.
I do find it funny when people call up a manager screaming and expect them to respond well and then say these are the worst apartments ever (obviously those people have never lived in any other apartments before). We thought the manager was great, she is a little serious, but very helpful and very quick to respond. The rest of the staff (except for one new girl) was always very happy and very helpful.
We lived in the building on top of 95, I wouldn't recommend that building--but that is not the complexes fault either, they had a wall of trees that the state cut down to put up a non-effective sound wall. We never heard any noise from neighbors unless they were in the breezeway.
Any complaints or requests we ever had were handled the very same day, literally. When our washing machine broke and we had to wait a couple days for a new one, the manager gave us keys to an empty apartment so we wouldn't have to go to the laundromat.
There is also no room to complain about the security deposit, they give you a checklist that tells you EXACTLY how much they will charge you for each inch of the apartment if it is dirty or broken. If you know it will be $5 to leave a dirty mirror, then clean the mirror, is that hard' They will also do the walk-through with you if you ask and fill out the paper work WITH YOU that says how much you will or will not be charged. We did the best we could moving out and received our entire deposit back.
We hope to never have to live in a complex again, but if we had to, we hope they are as good as this one.
