I went against the advice on this site and rented a two-bedroom apartment. The drains in the toilets and sinks never worked and were never correctly fixed. The appliances were old and did not work. They raised my rent by $100 within a two month period after going month to month. They also began charging rent for my cat, even though I paid a $400 non-refundable deposit. Then they charged me an extra $35/month for not being under lease and raised my rent again! Do not rent here if you want fair landlords. It is run by a corporation that could really give 2 craps about the tenants. Oh, and they did all these upgrades but only to the outside. The insides of the apartments got NOTHING!
