I've had no problems

My husband and I have been living on the property for over 1 year now and I love it. I have no intentions on moving out until we can purchase a house. Yes, the rent is high, but I knew that before I moved into the apartment so it was my choice. I have a garage so storage and parking aren't an issue for me. My children are able to play outside on the playground or right in front of the building. The new elementary school for the zone is excellent and is another reason I wouldn't be moving any time soon. I did have a problem with a resident below me who let their big brown dog crap all over the place, but with a few complaints from the neighbors, they are no longer there and my new neighbors are very quiet with no dog. I'm on the top floor so I don't have to worry about hearing noise above me (the steps are a killer though so be prepared to get some exercise), but it looks like there are also buildings that have elevators. My apartment itself is great I have one that was built during the 2nd phase. I had both of my tubs stop up once, and a call about my dryer, but the response was within the hour. Everyone has a different experience when renting an apartment because each apartment is different depending on how the previous people living there took care of it. I would recommond these apartments to anyone looking in the Rosedale/Whitemarsh area, its close to pretty much everything I need. I loved my last apartment which is less than a half mile from these, but needed more space after living here a year I can say I love it here just as much!

Just a followup. I rented here from October 2007 to late October 2008. I too, lived on the top floor. I guess only top floor people are happy. The floors must be thin. My building had an elevator. Maintenance was very responsive. The workout room is better than most places but some security was very lax. Some stuff was stolen. There were people who do not live at the complex who had access to the weight room and computer room somehow. Personally I had absolutely no problem with neighbors on my floor. No noise problem. I learned that if I choose to live in these apartments again, I will only do so on condition that there is no one above me. Maybe the corporation should wake up and start remodeling the apartments with new floors so that they absorb sound.
