Wow...where do I start. The fees are outrageous. Valet trash for example. We pay someone 25 dollars a month to walk our trash out to the dumpster 25 feet. And we fu__ing wonder why the entire world is fat. We don't have a choice either. We are forced for this service, whether we use it or not. They will post a notice on your door one night before they will tell you they are going into your apartment. They seem to have a ------- creative reason for needing to enter your apartment about once a month. Once again you don't have a choice. They are about 25% higher than any other complex in the area. They say they are in Baltimore, although they have a white trash zipcode (Rosedale). Think twice before you come here to visit. The complex is new and attractive, but will suck every fu_ _ing dime from you that they can....TRUST ME!

I couldnt agree w/ur post more.I had posted my complaint on here in february about the same ----. Fees, fees and more fees.Good luck thankfully my least was up in january dont have to deal with that -------- anymore.They are so full of it. Charge for every little thing.Good Luck again.

I can't believe you people give the place a bad review AFTER YOU SIGN PAPERS THAT SAY YOU AGREE WITH THESE CHARGES! Grow up. If you don't want to pay the fees, then don't sign a lease! Apparently, this IS rocket science.

Charging extraordinary fees seems to be a trend in this area as they are exploiting the individuals affected by the BRAC from Ft. Monmouth. In response to the previous post attacking someones maturity level for being frustrated with fees isn't very "grown up" in of it self. If anything I will read the fine print before I choose to sign with a complex, and I did find this review insightful.
