If you have this much money to waste on an apartment and you cannot buy a house there's something definitely wrong. The place is well maintained for the most part and the girls at the office are relatively professional but all and all it's way over-priced for this part of town. What cracks me up is that there are residents driving a brand new Lexus with a handicapped license plate and have children. Good to see that certain groups have their priorities in check. Folks, it's a buyers market in Real-Estate!
