Unfair Practice

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
Differen people get different rent for the similer apartment. If you are current resident you pay 50-80 dollars more per month for being a loyal customer/resident than the new resident. If you are current resident, please go and check the current rent at there website. They are just ripping you off. Apartments are very old and when you walk you hear all the cracking noise. Rental office staff are very polite to get you there, and rude once you become resident.
