Definitely not worth the money

I haven't even lived in these apartments for a full year and I know all the maintenance men. We've had nothing but problems. Maintenance is out every other week because there is always a problem with the hot water in my building and they have the water shut off at least 1 day out of every 2 weeks. Our appliances are old and when we inquired about the possibilty of getting a new dishwasher we were told that we shouldn't ask for too much at once. When we first moved in I requested that maintenance come out for 3 weeks to fix some simple things (hole in window screen, replace patio door, remove caulk from floor molding) and I finally had to contact the corporate office before anything was done. Plus, there was leak over two weeks ago in the apartment above us and we're still waiting for them to come out and fix and repaint our ceiling where it was messed up. And even worse, the maintenance men through all the floor matting they had to tear up out on our patio and there are still pieces of it out there'
You're best bet is to look elsewhere.
