Okay I lived in Canterbury for two years. And I had not one complaint. The parking wasnt an issue because everyone had a assigned space. The square footage of the apartment was ideal. They had a great pet policy and 99.9% of the pet owners disposed of pet waste properly. I read some of the other reviews and was shocked at the responses left. Now all positive things have a negative and Canterbury's negative is rent. I left Canterbury and 2 yrs later I wanted to move back. The rent had skyrocketed but the pet buildings had no newer additions. The newer models are wonderful but they are overpriced. I love Canterbury but for that price I can pay a mortgage
