I lived in Canterbury Apartments for a year and a half and pretty much had no problems. If there was something that needed to be fixed/done, it was done very promptly. I stayed on the third floor and therefore do not know if noise from people walking was a problem. The washing machines and dryers were replaced during my stay and they require a laundry card, so that eliminates the need to get quarters. The master bedroom is a great size and the second bedroom is adequate. The only complaint that I have is that my rent went up $60 upon renewal of my lease because I came in under a special. I thought that all tenants would receive a rent increase by the same amount, however that was not the case.
