I have been living here for a couple of months now and I haven't had ANY of the problems other people have. I think this community is great and safe to live in. Rent is comparable to this community. I Am less than 5 mins from White Marsh Mall and THe Avenue. I have never seen any MICE or roaches. THe office staff is wonderful I have bugged maintenance several times for little things such as changing my bulbs, and they have been nothing but sweethearts. The leasing staff are always more than happy to answer any questions that I may have. I never had to pay a first and last month deposit here which was great, just a security deposit which was 500(I have bad credit).
