Our first year in Canterbury was great. We didn't have any major problems. As soon as the second year started, we have had problems with heat, hot water, broken doors, etc. The insulation in the apartments is not good either. We haven't had mice in our building and no problem with noice which has been great! We have been pretty happy here after all. The maintenance and office staff have served us well and service has been pretty fast. The buildings are old and have many problems. The rent is too high for an old building like this with all the maintenance problems in it.
